[Faculty Webinar Series] Blended Learning Done Right with CPCC

Prof. Kathy Watkins and Elizabeth Mitchell from Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC), discuss how their department has transformed their BIO 110 Principles of Biology course with BioBeyond and supported scaling across multiple sections.Additionally, Kathy and Elizabeth share tips on aligning BioBeyond with the OpenStax textbook, and show example activities and resources that other professors can adopt into their own course.

  • Best practices that resulted in greater than 10% increase in the student pass rate
  • Methods to support full-time and adjunct faculty in their use of technology
